Our secure Online Registration is now LIVE... Register Online

For the convenience of our summit delegates, we have set up a secure online form which will securely process your registration payment and register you in the sessions and events you have chosen to attend. Our system is fully encrypted and secure with services provided by Paypaq Solutions Inc. and Moneris.

We require all delegates, speakers, exhibitors and summit organizers to register through our system. If you are a speaker/presenter, exhibitor or summit organizer, you will have been emailed a special VIP access code. This access code is required for you to register properly on our system as a non-paying attendee

Please download our handy checklist and go through our website one more time. Be sure to mark down which sessions you will be attending prior to starting the registration process as you will be asked to choose your preferred sessions.

Registration FAQs

Q.  How do I register?
A.  Registration is now available online. We recommend that you download our checklist and go through the website and schedule at a glance once more so that you can indicate the sessions you wish to attend during the regsitration process.

If you would prefer to register by mail and pay by cheque you can download our PDF Registration Form, complete it and mail it to us with your cheque.

Q.  What if I don't want to pay by Credit Card?
A. If you would prefer to register by mail and pay by cheque you can download our Printable Registration Form, complete it and mail it to us with your cheque.

 

Q.  What does my Full Summit Registration fee include?
A.  Each Summit registration includes:

  • Access to all Summit sessions and keynotes for all 3 days of the conference including the June 11, 2009 BC Cancer Agency Professional Education Day sessions.
  • Access to all exhibits, posters and events
  • light breakfast, light lunch, opening receptions and Friday dinner
  • conference programs and proceedings and delegate's bag
     

Q.  How do I know if I’ve completed my registration?
A.  After you have completed a successful registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including the list of sessions you chose to attend. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email  an inquiry to marja.lemieux@northernhealth.ca.

 

Q.  May I bring a guest?
A.  Summit Delegates are welcome to purchase guest tickets for the dinner Friday, June 12, 2009. Guest tickets are available for purchase at a cost of $35.00. Please indicate on the registration any food preferences. If you wish to pay for the extra guest dinner separate from your registration you can choose that option during registration and will be expected to pay for the guest dinner ticket when you arrive at the summit.

 

Q.  How can I modify my online registration?
A.  To add, cancel or change information for your registration or if you need to update your information so that someone else can take your place, please email marja.lemieux@northernhealth.ca with your name, organization and transaction ID number. We will be able to update the database with your neew information. Note there are absolutely no refunds.

 

Q.  I am a speaker/presenter/exhibitor. Do I have to register?
A.  We require all delegates, speakers, exhibitors and attendees for the summit to preregister so that we can plan out the room assignments for each session and preplan our meal requirements. If you are a speaker/presenter/exhibitor or a member of the organizing committee you will have received an email with your VIP Access Code. This code is required for you to register without payment. The number has been assigned to you and can only be used once. If you lose or misplace your number, please contact marja.lemieux@northernhealth.ca to have the access code sent to you.
