Poster Guidelines
What size should my poster be?
Poster must be, at maximum, 45 inches high x 90 inches wide (114cm high x 228cm wide)
Do I need to include my poster number somewhere on my poster?
No, the poster numbers will be supplied on-site. Look up your abstract/poster number and assigned poster session in the meeting book.
Where and how do I put up my poster?
Poster boards will be set up in the TBD. You’ll need to find the poster board number that matches your abstract number in the meeting book. Pushpins or Velcro tabs will be provided to put up your poster.
When do I need to present my poster?
You will be assigned a poster session; either:

When do I put up my poster?

Posters should be put on display in good time by the start of your assigned poster session. To facilitate poster judging, you must not remove your poster before the end of your assigned poster session.
When do I take down my poster?
Please remove your posters at the end of your poster session. Posters need to be removed by the below times at the very latest.

Are the posters being judged?
Trainees (undergraduate students, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows) who submitted their abstracts before the travel award deadline will have their posters judged. Remember that poster presentation is YOUR chance to discuss your research and get feedback from your peers; it’s not just about judging! Make sure you are present at your poster during your assigned poster session.
When will my poster be judged?
Posters will be judged during the first hour of your respective poster session. Please stay by your poster during this time in order to be adjudicated.
Will I know who is judging my poster?
A minimum of two scientific judges will be assigned per poster and two patient partners will be judging plain language summary posters (if applicable). They may announce themselves, but they are not obliged to do so.
When is the Poster Awards presentation?
The Awards Ceremony is taking place on October 4th. Good Luck!
