- Early Bird Discount Registration Deadline: Tuesday, July 4, 2023
- Final Registration Deadline: Friday, September 15, 2023
- Room booking deadline: Wednesday, August 30, 2023 (After this date, special discount rate will be honoured, based on space and rate availability only.)
- Last day to cancel hotel rooms without penalty: 72 hours before check-in
If you were unable to register for the event before the September 8 deadline but still wish to attend, please contact [email protected]. Additional registrant availability is at the discretion of the organizers.
Refund policy:
- Requests for cancellation of registration received up to and including Thursday, Sept. 14, 2023: Full refund
- Requests for cancellation of registration received on or after Friday, September 15, 2023: No refund
