This year’s Summit4CI will take place at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, British Columbia. Nestled on the shores of Coal Harbour, overlooking Stanley Park and the North Shore Mountains, The Westin Bayshore is Vancouver’s premium downtown resort. From their innovative programs to their revitalizing amenities, everything they do is for a better you. The Westin Bayshore’s location on the water is unparalleled and will provide a one-of-a-kind West coast experience, with downtown’s nearby attractions, shops, restaurants and cafés just blocks away. The hotel has over 71,000 square-feet of conventions space, including the 15,543-square-foot Bayshore Grand Ballroom.
Accommodation
A block of guest rooms has been reserved at discounted group rates at The Westin Bayshore Hotel. Run of House Room rates are $279 per night plus taxes for single/double occupancy. Rooms are subject to standard federal and provincial taxes. Check-In Time: 4:00 PM. Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM.
Discounted group rates will also be offered three (3) days ‘pre’ and three days (3) ‘post’ the Summit4CI dates, based on hotel availability.
Additional Room Occupants: Maximum occupancy is 4 per room. Rates provided are for double occupancy. Each extra person beyond double occupancy sharing a Standard or Premium guestroom will be charged an additional $30.00 per night.
Reserve Your Hotel Room
To reserve a room, please contact Westin Reservations at 1-888-236-2427. Individuals need to state that they are with BioCanRx Summit for Cancer Immunotherapy March 2026 to receive special Customer rates. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each guest’s reservation at the time of reservation. Full refund of this deposit will be given to cancellations received until 72 hours prior to arrival. For cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Transportation
Getting here
Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is a central hub for global direct flights. YVR is located 9 miles south of Downtown Vancouver. From YVR, direct access to downtown can be obtained via the SkyTrain to the Waterfront station (25 minutes), from which it is a 2 minute cab ride to the Westin Bayshore, or a 10-15 minute walk along the scenic Vancouver seawall. Access to downtown may also be obtained via taxi, Uber or Lyft.

Travelling to Canada
